Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept returns?
Yes, all returns must be approved, returned in new unused condition, within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus return shipping charges.

Can you return consignment items?
No, all consignment items are sold 'as is' and are non-returnable.  Tack-A-Holic, LLC will describe items to the best of our ability.  Please ask questions prior to your purchase and for additional photos.

Is there a Holiday return policy?
Yes, Items purchased between October 20th - December 24th can be returned until Feb 1st of the following year.

What are the Consignment Fees?
up to $500 seller pays 30% , over $500 seller pays 20%

When do I get paid for an item sold?
Settlements are paid out monthly.

What items can I consign?
All horse tack, saddles, boots and show clothes.

What condition must items be in to consign?
All items must be in good, undamaged condition. All items subject to Tack-A-Holic LLC approval and discretion.

How long can items be on consignment?
6 months is standard, longer terms can be approved.

Can I cancel or sell on my own an item listed for consignment?
10 day notice required to cancel, a 10% fee will be charged for less than 10 days notice. Items for consignment can not be listed or advertised for sale while listed on consignment.

Who has possession of items listed on consignment?
Tack-A-Holic, LLC must have items in possession for viewing and cataloging.

Are all items on Tack-A-Holic, LLC used?
No, all  items are new unless listed  under the consignments tab.
